µPhase® 2
is a miniaturized phase-shifting interferometer. It is the
foundation of our highly modular design approach to modern
interferometry solutions for surface and wavefront measurements.
Don't be misled by the small size of the µPhase® 2. These interferometers
include features found in most traditional 4" Fizeau interferometers, as
well as capabilities available only from FISBA OPTIK.
The µPhase® 2 product line is supported with the most extensive line
of interferometer lenses in the industry. Our beam expanders range from 2 mm
(0.080") to 300 mm (12"), for measurement of small to large components
in a highly efficient manner. A wide assortment of instrument stands combined
with distance gauging options allows us to tailor a solution to your specific
need.
